By signing and submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read the Policies and Procedures and agree to be bound by them. I certify that the information I have provided is accurate and will advise GWL if there is any change in my account or credit card information in the event my credit card is canceled, lost or destroyed. Use of my Golf Without Limits Membership will confirm my acceptance of the Policies and Procedures. Please accept this document as my authorization to set up new preauthorized transactions. I agree to provide the above payment information, as updated by me from time to time, so that Golf Without Limits may set up, administer and service our business relationship. Golf Without Limits may verify the accuracy of this information by obtaining additional information from credit bureaus and my designated card issuer.

Seasonal Tour Member

Tour Members will have 7 days a week access. Reservations will be available 7 days in advance. Members are only allowed 1 tee reservation at a time. 25% discount on all group bookings and facility rentals as well as preferred member pricing for any tournaments hosted by Golf Without Limits. Monthly Tour Member

The monthly tour membership is the exact same as our Seasonal tour membership. This membership is simply a payment plan option that carries a monthly payment of $70.05 +hst (minimum 12month term). The membership term still is only valid for our season that runs from October 1st to June 1st of each season. If you wish to cancel your membership you must provide 30 days notice of cancellation.

Seasonal Corporate Membership

Corporate membership holders will get their choice of 1 personal membership, 20 (fully transferable) 1 hour golf passes or a 4-hour full facility rental to host a private event or tournament. You will also receive an ad on all 5 of our simulators, logo spot on our brand-new website as well as monthly mentions on our monthly email letter and social media mentions on our pages.

Club Storage

Seasonal club storage is available to all of our members and league players. We have 15 personalized Lockers that can be rented for the season for $120, they come equipped with a lock and key so you can store your clubs as well as any personal belongings you wish to store throughout the season. We also have our club storage room that is maintained and will be kept locked that is available for a cost of $80 for the season. Club storage and lockers are available on a

first come first serve basis and conditional on available space.

Cancellations

Lesson and Tee Time cancellations must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance regardless of weather conditions.

Any tee times that are not canceled 24 hours prior to booking may be subject to a $20 cancellation fee. Memberships cancellation must be done in writing and members must provide at least 30 days’ notice. Memberships may not be put on hold during the first 12 months of the term for any reason including, but not limited to personal injury, vacation, moving, etc.

Hours of Operation

Golf Without Limits will be open on or before October 1

st each year and will maintain scheduled hours until June 1st or

as long as the weather permits us to be open. Summer hours, from June 1st to October 1st will be limited and based on demand only. Golf Without Limits will not hold regular hours during the summer months, but will be available for special events or group reservations.

Membership Access

Membership Access is subject to availability. You will have access to one hour per day and 7-day advanced booking. Members are subject to 1 tee time scheduled at a time. If a member is found making multiple bookings at a time, Golf Without Limits reserves the right to cancel excess tee times. Any time beyond the allocated member hour will be charged at the Member Guest Green Fee rate during the term of membership.

Membership Term

All memberships are subject to applicable HST. Your Membership is valid from October 1st until June 1st. You will receive the guest hourly rate for play not in the months included in your membership. Monthly Memberships is a 12 month term and will be billed on the first or 15th of the month. All Monthly Memberships will be billed on an ongoing basis unless otherwise noted.
